For me writing is so therapeutic. Many books suggest writing as a good therapy when you are suffering grief or loss. I particularly like the books that have pages for you to journal on, that are included in the book. It is interesting and revealing, to see where you have come from, in your journey.

After Alison died, I decided to journal my losses, not just the loss of Alison but starting back with my first ones- my Nanny and Grandad Clark.

I turned it into poetry and on the following pages you will find my poetry tributes to some of those people in my life. Lost in their earthly presence but never forgotten. My tribute to my grandfather, Richard (Dick) Clark shown below with my grandmother, Annie (Bamber) Clark can be seen under "C".

I invite you all to do the same. Use the submission link below and send me your words of memory, in whatever form you like, a paragraph, a short story or a poem.
